We had them do a preseason AC inspection, but when we turned on the AC about a month later it didn't work (only blew hot air). When we called to ask for help we were told that we were two days over their 30 day guarantee so they wouldn't stand behind their work. As far as we knew it had been working at the end of the previous year so this situation is especially frustrating.EDIT: We received this response via email as CC to our home warranty company from the AC company. I really want to emphasize that I just want our AC to work. It feels like they only care about their Google business rating and not their customers. Overall, the unit was running and cooling within the manufacturer's specifications so we had no further recommendations at this time. (see attached)Since we performed this maintenance and inspection service through OG Home Warranty, I informed Catherine that if she wished to proceed with any possible repairs covered by the home warranty, she would need to contact OG directly to submit a work order. Since we're slammed, I went ahead and scheduled them for our next available appointment, even though we didn't have a work order, and let her know I would add the work order when it came through.Not long after our call, at 2:14 PM actually, we received notification that the customer decided it was worthy to award our hard-working team a 1-star Google Review. We were simply asking them to follow the process required by their home warranty. We are no longer providing service to this customer as they are posting false information.Please re-assign the work order to another vendor and explain to the homeowner the process required by OneGuard since our Google rating is now taking a hit because of it."I'd suggest maybe this company had their priorities backward if they're concerned about their reviews but not getting their customers serviced.2ND EDIT: We've received a constant stream of emails from this company complaining about this review, among other things saying they feel "harassed." Apparently they don't know how reviews work. None of these emails offered help or asked how to make things right.I just want my AC to work.
